CLUTCH PROBLEMS!!!!!!?

i cant find the problem! i just put in a new clutch (sumo brakes) on my rm 125 i did everything right and it still does the same as the old clutch (slipping)...the clutch basket looks fine...and when i first start it the engine is like stopping but when it warms it its fine...HELP!!! thanks
