Im 5 feet 3in tall about 250 pounds and really want a third baby. im 23 married and a homemaker. help pls!?
Have no clue what U R really asking. If U R trying to get pregnant U need to loose weight first. It is easier to conceive if U R not over weight. Plus your hubby will be more attracted to U, and U will live longer for your children. Stop eating refined foods and replace with whole grains. Start eating more brown rice and veggies. Throw out the refined sugar and replace with natural sweeteners like rice syrup and stevia. Last of all do not starve yourself -- eat a wide variety of foods, and foods that U like, but smaller amounts each time. Dairy is another thing U should quiet doing. Stop the milk, ice cream, hard cheeses. Do small amounts of yogurt, soft cheese, and maybe a little ermilk for flavoring in muffins or breads. Use rice milk or almond milk. The stores have wonderful food substitutes if U R seriously trying to do better.
