How can I get rid of my acne?

If you go to your derm they will probably try you on some over the counter products such as topicals and pills. I had Sever acne for 4 years and it was very stubborn, i had to go threw all the topicals and several antibiotics before they put me on accutane. I was on it for 6 months and it does get worse before it gets better i didn't start to clear untill the 5th month but it all went away so fast. Accutane is worth it don't listen to second hand story's of my brothers friends friend took it etc....
