Halloween make up advice?

I believe this is what you need black and white pencil (To apply inside bottom of eye to make your eyes pop, Brow pencil, white and black eyeshadow, mascara, powder, blush something kinda dark like a dark mauve, P.S don't 4 get false lashes they are great!
