Panic attack as a juror during the first day?

When the lawyers were asking if I could be in the jury I said yes because i did not have panic attacks in the last year because I learnd to deal with them, But I had like 4 come on, I was able to not have a full blow out but I felt like running out of the court room. I know I can get in trouble for that. I might not be able to handle this, i thoiught I could because I had them for 10 years and just like that I did not have them any more, I was never on meds. What would happen if I ask to be taken out of the jury, The said it may last 19 days. Any info would be great, Thanks
