Will this and a good diet get rid of fat?
I am trying to get the last layer of fat off my abs because they are starting to show more and long cardio isn't working anymore. 3 times a week I do hill sprints up a roughly 70 yard hill. I do it 10-12 times with a 5 minute warmup and cooldown. The way I do the sprints is I sprint all the way up and jog back down and rest 25 seconds. All in all it is usually a 20-25 minute workout with the warmup and cooldown included. My diet is one where I consumer 50 or less carbs per day and around 160 grams of protein wit only white meat and water is all I drink.
