Why are Middle-Eastern guys so cute?

There is this guy in my cl that looks like he's from an Arabic country. I don't think he is, but I wouldn't doubt that his relatives are from there. He is just so hot. He is 17. I'm not saying all are y, but many teenage Arabic boys have a good sense of style, and that y language, and they take care of themselves, but I don't think that's it. What is it about Middle-Eastern guys that is just so irresistable?
