Please help me. I need answers.?

Hello. I'm Princess 17 years old and female. I would like to ask if what is happening in my body Last week of June 2010 I experienced severe fever and nettle rash. Since that day until this present time I have nettle rash especially back of my knee and abdomen. I observed it worsens when I wet my body or the temp is cold. I also suffers heartburn and it worsens for I have this almost every night and I have palm and sole itchiness and it thickens, but it disappears during my menstruation week. But every first day of my menstruation I had lip swelling. Please help me.Thank you and God Bless
