It is best to test with the first urine of the day as this will have the most HCG in it (pregnancy hormone), It is unlikely that you are pregnant if you are still bleeding heavy for 2-3 days in your cycle and also because your cycles have got longer. Generally when you bleed when you are pregnant you will have a lighter flow. The symptoms your are describing are also symptoms of PMS. Make an appointment to see your doctor to discuss this because they could be a warning sign of fertility issues. Good luck!
