Meaning of the song "Judith" by a perfect circle?

Do not say it's about his mom cause it's not I know that much....there's a lot of religion in the song. Which by the way I'm atheist so I don't care if he's anti-christian. I just want to know what the song means... Like is he saying "**** your God" because he's atheist or why, what does the song mean? you know what I'm getting at???
