How do you force capitalization in something that doesn't allow it via ASCII code?

To be exact, World of Warcraft doesn't allow capitalization beyond the first letter in names, however it is possible to byp it via ASCII code but seems like it requires an extensive know how on how to do it. It involves something in notepad I'd say, if anyone can give a step by step on how to byp capitalization restrictions like this I would be very grateful :)
