How do u do the linden method?

well by looking at it on youtube, i understand that your suppose to re-arrange your thinking, and if you start feeling a certain way (anxious or feeling an attack coming), just think of the positive and not the negitive. In your mind, tell yourself that you have the upper hand. This issue has EVERYTHING to do with the Amygdala in the back of your brain
