Government does give a monkey's! What do you make of the proof?

I know that 80% of the Laws are now issued from Brussels, but I didn't realise that UK Politicians had so much time on their hands! Do you think that Yvette Cooper could pop around to mine with some advice on this year's Floral Border? She could bring that nice Mr with her as well, as neither of them will, hopefully, have that much to do come the late Spring.
