Does he like me? Thanks in advance.?

Ok, so I want an honest opinion of whether you think this guy likes me or not. Tonight we went out to dinner with out families, and all through dinner, he kept making eye contact with me and laughing and being really friendly and personable and for five minutes straight, he had his foot on mine, and I KNOW he felt it there.And he was talking about guys and what they do when they like a girl and I swear, he looked directly at me when he was saying that. I don't know though, maybe he's just friendly. I would really appreaciate a GUY'S answer cuz they have more experience. Also, how do I start a conversation with him? It's been a few days now.
